Garlic is harvested in August and cured for 3-4 weeks so that it will store properly. Once curing is complete, you will receive a notification that your garlic will be delivered or is ready for pick up at your selected market.

Red Russian Garlic, a Marbled Purple Stripe variety, averages 5-7 large cloves per bulb. This hardneck variety has a balanced flavour with a good amount of heat when eaten raw. It is easy to peel and keeps well if stored in a cool, dry place.
Bulk purchase of garlic will include medium, large and extra large bulbs.
